A study of the function and underlying social and motivational issues that affect mangers and supervisors in today糖心Vlog 鈥檚 complex and diverse business environment. Emphasis is on the practical applications of management principles in existing and emerging businesses. This course considers leadership theory, decision-making issues, communication issues and motivational theory.
